Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any item sold on Findom Attire as a pre-order.

Deposit & balance: Pre-order items require a deposit at time of order to reserve your item and size (where applicable). The remaining balance will be charged to your original payment method prior to shipping. Deposit and balance amounts are shown on the product page at time of purchase.

Production & timeline: Pre-order items are made to order. Estimated delivery is 8–12 weeks from the close of the pre-order window, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Timelines may shift due to production or shipping factors outside our control; we'll keep you updated by email.

Deposits are non-refundable, except where we are unable to fulfil your order — in that case, you'll receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Sizing: Please refer to our size guide before ordering. Size exchanges after production are subject to availability and are not guaranteed given the limited nature of pre-order runs.

Order changes: Contact us at [email] as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. Once the pre-order window closes and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Cancellations by us: In the rare event we're unable to fulfil an order, you'll receive a full refund of any amount paid.
